The Jokezine Review list of movie comedies is compiled by our editorial staff. In addition, we have composed a celebrity panel that includes Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Presidential Historian Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., and Blind Islamic Cleric No.2.
This list of movie comedies is over inclusive in that certain dramas are listed. But the rule of thumb is this: if it has sufficient enough laughs to be regarded as humorous it is included even though overall it is perhaps a drama. Casablanca and Fargo are cases in point; though clearly dramas, both have memorably hilarious scenes and lines.
The list of movie comedies is cataloged by individuals, whether writer, director, or actor, so there is some duplication. This was done to direct people to other works that these individuals are responsible for.
'Certain scenes' def. - overall the film is somehow lacking; nevertheless, certain aspects are quite funny.
